Small calfs, but HUGE FATTY thighs? - skins running tights

ok ... in 15 1 / 2 [[16] again in December] about 120 pounds of IM, and 5'6''

I eat a lot ... But the weight is not 2 arms or abdomen. I lean a flat stomach ... Run 2, in skiing, soccer and track and field team ... PLZ DONT So give me answers like "try, run, run, crawl, and is there cuz i happened.

1 for all of my thighs ... disgust me ... rub when I walk, stand or run ~ so ... Usually when I run my shorts underneth pipe because if I rub my legs 2gether usually two rub the skin starts to peel and knock or scratch ....

it makes me sick. I began to realize that the problem in the school. I used to wear shorts all the time ... but I can not now, because my thighs rub together, and it seems distgusting.

What can I do to lose fat on my thighs rub against each other before, so DONT?

IM to a size 3-5 ... [[2 Thanx my big thighs and junk in the trunk "]]

I recommend you go the gym, cardio equipment, because
these days have a way to target specific areas. That
be the key, because if you worked, then the calves
Lose weight and do not want that. Good luck, hope this helps.

Try Pilate. Something like running, squatting, etc., rather an increase in muscle mass, making it bulky.

Pilate is excellent for stretching and toning. You do not build muscles by doing so.

Winsor Pilates are great!
